Originally planned on eating somewhere else but decided to change it up and glad we did! Tekka Sushi was fantastic from the spacious seating, well paced service, and phenomenal food. Since it was my wife's and my first time we wanted to try as much as possible and will be coming back to try more! The portions were very generous and the food tasted great! We are looking forward to returning and trying more on the menu, since there are plenty of options!
We had such a great experience at Tekka Sushi! The interior is modern and very nice for date night, whole still being completely comfortable for kids. They have multiple rooms and plenty of space for a larger party or a table of two. Service was pleasant and efficient; not overbearing but approachable. We order cocktails from their specials menu- the Ananda Spritz was fantastic! We then tried an appetizer called the Cherry Blossom, followed by a black dragon roll, yuzu tuna roll, and paradise roll. Each roll was eight pieces, with am excellent ratio of rice to fish/other ingredients ratio. The sauces were on point and perfectly balanced without being overwhelming. We spent just under $100 for a filling meal for two, so the cost was reasonable to us. Truly, there wasn't a single complaint from my husband or I. We are big sushi fanatics and fairly critical; we've have tried many of the suburban and city restaurants and this one stood out. We'll definitely be back!
Absolutely loved our experience at Tekka Sushi! From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly and welcoming. We ordered a variety of sushi, appetizers, and drinks—and everything was outstanding. The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, and the appetizers were just as delicious. Every bite was full of flavor, and you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The drinks were also a highlight—perfectly made and paired so well with the meal. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and relaxing, making it a great spot for a night out or even a casual dinner. We will definitely be coming back again soon! Highly recommend if you’re looking for amazing sushi in the Elk Grove Village area.
Gorgeous restaurant with delicious food! The decor and atmosphere is lovely, and everything we ordered was delicious!!!! The service was friendly and efficient. Great vegetarian and gluten free options.
Order delivery for lunch, Food come hot and well present, generous portion and fresh ingredients. My favorite roll was Boston. They are generous with ginger and wasabi thats a plus. My request was no sesame seed for one lunch box, and extra sauce for tempura, the chef make it correctly. We are happy for the order and recommend you to try this place. Ps. -We didn't get any soy sauce in the togo order, maybe I should ask next time. - The tempura sauce has sour taste in it maybe from the daikon, it make me like it the least.

I go here for special occasions and I ONLY get the Spicy Steak Ramen which is DELICIOUS, it’s a mix of spicy and neutral broth. The interior design is amazing and never a long wait! A little pricey but DEFINITELY worth the price if you love asian food.
This is one of the best sushi places that I have been to in a long time. When I'm in this area, it's must stop for me. The sushi is so fresh clean started with a few rolls, but we always end up getting more lol It's really that good. And the flavors are amazing just delicious! Highly recommend Michael R
What a neighborhood gem! I used to live around this area but moved away over 20 years ago. Things sure have changed a lot... and this new restaurant is one of the greatest additions. I ordered the sushi and sashimi plate. The fishes were fresh and tasty, and the generous amount of food was delicious. The service was outstanding too. Too bad I don't live around here anymore... I would have come in at least once a week if not more.
Visited last night for dinner with my cousins, no reservation walk in after we all got out of work. Interior design and decoration really was something- well purposed lighting, murals, bar top, ample table space for dates and big groups, wheel chairs etc. clean and not cluttered for sure. Great service, checked in on us often enough as other servers were for their tables, it was a well organized team. Different plate designs, napkins thick, tea pot felt legit, plating on point. It is not ayce but the rolls are filled up, didn’t fall apart, no fishy small, quality of food from sides, entrees, drinks- no problems there.
